POLICIES

We love all of our clients at Brushed Hair Salon, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our friendly Hair Salon. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read. If you have any questions, just get in touch.

Cancellation policy: 

As a courtesy to other clients and our staff, please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hrs in advance. We cannot ensure service for late arrivals.  As a courtesy, you are given a 15 minute grace period after the time of your scheduled appointment.  If you arrive after the grace period, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment.


*We have a special 48 hour cancellation policy for all extension and keratin treatment appointments. These appointments may also require a deposit to secure your appointment time.

Children:

We LOVE children…. Some of us even have a few! However, we ask that you make child care arrangements and not bring your children with you to your appointment unless they are recieving services. Many guests look forward to their salon experience as personal “pampering” time. Even the best behaved children are subject to elements of danger in the salon enviroment. Please respect this policy, and accept our appreciation for your undestanding. In return, when your child is receiving a service, we promise to see that no pesky grownups disrupt their experience!



Retail product policy:

We are proud to offer you high quality professional salon products.  Any unused product with proof of purchase from the Brushed Hair Salon may be exchanged or returned 30 days of purchase.
